These terms apply to www.funminds.in. By using FunMinds you agree to them. If a child uses FunMinds, a parent or guardian accepts these terms for them.

1. The service

FunMinds offers free learning games for children. Games can be played without an account. An optional free account saves progress and shows the player on the leaderboard. FunMinds is for practice and fun. It is not a substitute for professional speech, language or medical advice.

2. Accounts

• An account must be created by, or with the agreement of, a parent or legal guardian.
• Keep the password private. You are responsible for activity on the account.
• Display names and pictures must be suitable for children. Don't use real full names of other people, rude words or contact details. We may change or remove anything unsuitable, or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Fair play

Don't try to cheat the leaderboard, break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's accounts. Scores are checked on our servers, and unfair scores may be removed.

4. Content

The games, questions, illustrations, logo and name FunMinds belong to FunMinds. You may use the site for personal, classroom and therapy practice, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission.

5. Ads

FunMinds may show clearly labelled, non-personalised ads on browsing pages to stay free. We don't endorse advertised products. Please report any ad that seems unsuitable for children to hello@funminds.in.

6. No warranty, limits

We work hard to keep FunMinds running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, FunMinds is not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@funminds.in.
